How can I tell if the computer or the product is causing a print quality problem?
A:
You can print a nozzle check pattern to determine whether the print quality problem comes from the product itself or some other source.

If the nozzle check pattern prints with no gaps or missing sections, the problem is probably caused by your software settings or your computer.

If the nozzle check pattern doesn't print, has gaps or is missing sections, try cleaning the print head nozzles.
