When printing in Windows Vista or XP, how can I prevent an extra page from being ejected after every print job?
A:
The Separator Page function may be enabled. Follow these steps to disable it:

  1. Click Start or .


  2. Do one of the following:

    Windows Vista:

    Select Control Panel, then product or products under Hardware and Sound.

    Windows XP:

    Select products and Faxes (or select Settings, then select products and Faxes).


  3. In the products or products and Faxes window, right-click your product's name.


  4. Select Properties, click the Advanced tab, then press the Separator Page button.


  5. In the Separator Page window, delete the information in the text box and then click OK.


  6. Click OK again.
