Q:
I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the settings for the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Press the Home button, if necessary.


  2. Press the arrow buttons and then select Setup.


  3. Press the arrow buttons and then select Restore Default Settings. You see this screen:



  4. Select Fax Send/Receive Settings. You see a confirmation screen.


  5. Select Yes or No.
