How do I enable Email Print on my Mac?

Do the following:

Note: If you don't see the Download Navigator in the EPSON Software folder, go to the Drivers & Downloads page for your product and download the utility.

Downloading and Installing the Download Navigator
  1. Install your product's network driver as instructed on the Start Here poster.


  2. Open the Application folder.


  3. Open the EPSON Software folder.


  4. Click and download the Download Navigator utility.


  5. When you see the screen below, click Install.



  6. Click Yes.



  7. Click Continue.



  8. Click Continue again.


  9. Accept the license agreement, if you agree to it, and click Continue.


  10. Click Install.


  11. Click Continue.


  12. When you see the Installation was Successful screen, click Close.


Enabling Email Print
  1. Make sure the printer is powered on.


  2. Open the Application folder.


  3. Open the EPSON Software folder.


  4. Click the Download Navigator and allow it to search for product updates.


  5. Once the Download Navigator is complete, click Epson Connect Printer Setup, then click Install.

    Note: To ensure your product has updated drivers, utilities, and firmware, Epson recommends updating all of the items found by the Download Navigator.


  6. When you see the screen below, click Printer Registration, then Next.



  7. Accept the license agreement, if you agree to it.


  8. Allow for the printer to be discovered.


  9. When you see the screen below, select your product, then click Next.



  10. When you see the next screen, an email address will be assigned to your printer. A confirmation sheet will print for your records.


  11. Click Next.


  12. If this is your first time signing up, click Register, otherwise sign in if you already have an account.


  13. Enter your username and password and click Register or sign in again.


  14. Email print should be enabled on your product and an owner's account has been created.
