What should I do if my product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scan bed when I use the reprint/restore function on the control panel?

Check the following:
- Make sure the scanner glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scan bed correctly.
