Q:
I was able to access a memory card in the printer when it was connected to my computer with a USB cable. But after I installed the network software, I can no longer access a card in the printer from my computer. What happened?
A:
When you enabled the network connection, the USB connection was disabled. The product supports only one connection type at a time: USB or wireless.
