Why is Two-Sided Printing Settings (Mac OS X)/ 2-Sided Printing (Windows) grayed out or not available for selection?
A:
Double-sided printing depends on the paper type selected. The printer supports double-sided printing on Plain paper.

Note: Double-sided printing does not support Glossy, Thick-Paper, and certain Matte papers.
