I can print wirelessly to my product on my home network, but I can't print when I connect the same computer to a VPN (virtual private network). What's wrong?
A:
Your product is set up to communicate wirelessly with your home network. When you connect to a VPN, your computer is no longer communicating with your home network, so it cannot print to the product. You'll need to connect to your home network to print again.
