Q:
What should I do if the quality of my printout is unacceptable?
A:
If the image looks fine on your computer screen but not when printed, make sure you're using the latest driver version for your product. Also make sure you select the correct quality option and paper type setting in the Windows, Mac OS X 10.5/10.6, or Mac OS X 10.4 printer driver for your print job. If that doesn't help, see Print Quality Problems (quality is correct on-screen).

If the image also looks incorrect on-screen, see Image Quality Problems (quality problem appears on-screen).
