Follow the instructions below for your operating system.
Windows
- Turn off the product.
- If the product is connected with a USB or Ethernet cable, disconnect it from the product.
- Click
or Start, and select Programs or All Programs.

Select EPSON, select your product, then select EPSON Printer Software Uninstall.
Note:
If you see a User Account Control window, click Yes or Continue.
- Select your product and click OK. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Open the Windows Control Panel.

In Windows 7 and Windows Vista, select Programs and Features—or, if you're using Classic view, select Programs, then click Uninstall a program.
In Windows XP, double-click Add or Remove Programs.

Click Epson Event Manager in the list of currently installed programs and click Uninstall/Change (Windows 7 or Windows Vista) or Change/Remove (Windows XP). Click Yes or Continue if necessary.
- Click EPSON Scan in the list of currently installed programs and click Uninstall/Change (Windows 7 and Windows Vista) or Change/Remove (Windows XP). Click Yes or Continue if necessary.

Click Next.
In some cases, a message may appear to prompt you to restart the computer. If so, make sure Yes, I want to restart my computer now is selected and click Finish.
- Restart your computer.
Mac OS X
- Turn off the product.
- If the product is connected with a USB or Ethernet cable, disconnect it from the product.
- Insert your Epson product software CD-ROM in your CD-ROM or DVD drive.

Open the Common folder in the CD-ROM window.
Note:
You may have to scroll down to see the Common folder.

Do one of the following:
Mac OS X 10.6: Continue with step 7.
Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5: Open the EPSON Scan folder and double-click the EPSON Scan Uninstaller icon.
- When the Installer window appears, select Uninstall from the pop-up menu at the top and click the Uninstall button.
- Open the Printer folder (in the Common folder), then double-click the EPSON Printer Uninstaller icon.
- When the Installer window appears, select Uninstall from the pop-up menu at the top and click the Uninstall button.

Do one of the following:
Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6: Open System Preferences, select Print & Fax, select your product and click the — button.
Mac OS X 10.4: Open the Applications folder, select Utilities, choose Printer Setup Utility, select your product and click Delete.
- Restart your Mac.
