What should I do if I'm having problems installing the software? |

Make sure you followed the instructions on the Start Here sheet. Did you close all other applications, including any screen savers? If needed, try uninstalling the driver software and reinstalling it again, taking care to follow the instructions on the Start Here sheet. |
