I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the settings for the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do? |

Do the following:
- Press the
Setup button.
- Press the arrow buttons to select Restore Default Setting, then press the OK button.
- Select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings. You see a confirmation screen.
- Select Yes or No and press the OK button.
