Q:
I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the settings for the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Press the Setup button.


  2. Press the arrow buttons to select Restore Default Setting, then press the OK button.


  3. Select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings. You see a confirmation screen.


  4. Select Yes or No and press the OK button.
