When I send an HDMI source through the EPSON PowerLite Pilot Control box, I cannot control the volume using the Pilot's master volume control. What is wrong? |

The EPSON PowerLite Pilot's master volume control does not adjust the volume of an HDMI source because the video and audio signals are combined, therefore, the audio signal is passed through the EPSON PowerLite Pilot. With other input sources, video and audio signals are separated and the EPSON PowerLite Pilot can control the volume.
To adjust the EPSON PowerLite Pilot's master volume control when using an HDMI connection, do the following:
