Q:
What does a flashing Auto Answer light mean?
A:
The Auto Answer light flashes to indicate that the product has received a fax and stored it in memory because the product was not able to print it.

Check the following:

  • You will need to replace any ink cartridge that is expended. Once the cartridge is replaced and the product has finsihed charging them, it will automatically print the faxes stored in memory.


  • Make sure paper is loaded correctly in the sheet feeder.


  • Make sure there are no paper jams in the product.
