Q:
I get a No Scanner Found, No Printer Found, General Error or Communication Error message when I try to scan. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:
  1. Open the app.


  2. Turn the product on (make sure it doesn't indicate an error and if the product was turned off during printing, cancel the print job).


  3. Tap Scan, then tap .


  4. Select your product, then tap Done. If you don't see your product listed, make sure your mobile device is on the same network as your product.
  5. Note: If you don't know the name of the network that your printer is connected to, print a Network Status Sheet from the printer's control panel. The network name will be on the sheet.
