The projector's Brightness and/or Contrast setting may need to be adjusted or the Power Consumption setting may have been changed from Normal to ECO. See Fine-tuning the Image. If neither solution helps, you may need to replace the lamp.

The brightness of the projector's lamp decreases over time.
