Q: |
What should I do if my projected image appears jittery or shaky when viewing video or moving images?
|
A: |
If you are viewing video from a device connected to the projector's Video, Component, HDMI1, or HDMI2 ports, and the signal being sent is interlaced (480i/576i/1080i), be sure to set the Progressive setting to Film/Auto. See Sharpness and Picture Quality Settings.
Note: Turning on the Progressive setting converts interlaced signals into progressive signals. Select Video for watching videos captured with a video camera. Set to Off when viewing images with a large amount of movement. For best results, connect your video equipment to the HDMI1 or HDMI2 (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) ports, if possible. If your equipment doesn't support HDMI, connect it to either the Component (for high quality component video) or Video (for composite video). |
