Q:
I don't get notification emails. What should I do?
A:
Check the following:
  • The notification email may be in your SPAM folder. Check your SPAM filter settings.
  • Email Notifications may be disabled. Sign in to your Epson Connect account and check the Email Notification Settings.
  • Your email address registered with Epson Connect maybe incorrect. Sign in to your Epson Connect account and check the Account Information.
