Q:
My product stopped printing in the middle of a print job. What should I do?
A:
Check the following:
  • Make sure your internet connection is working (use a computer to see if you have internet access).
  • Make sure the product is on and error free.
  • Make sure the product has a strong signal to your wireless router.

Note: Try moving your product to a different location within range of your wireless network. Avoid placing the product near a microwave oven, 2.4 GHz cordless phone, or large metal object such as a filing cabinet.
