Q:
Why are my images distorted when displayed from a USB device?
A:
Some JPEG images cannot be displayed correctly if their resolution is too high. For example, some JPEG files from digital cameras cannot be previewed and files with a high compression ratio may appear blurry. For BMP, GIF, and PNG files, make sure the resolution is not greater than 1280 × 800. For JPG files, the resolution must not be greater than 8192 × 8192, and the image cannot be in progressive and CMYK color format, and it cannot use the JPEG file extension.
