Q:
Why are my images distorted when displayed from a USB device?
A:
Some JPEG images cannot be displayed correctly if their resolution is too high. For example, some JPEG files from digital cameras cannot be previewed and files with a high compression ratio may appear blurry. For BMP, GIF, and PNG files, make sure the resolution is not greater than 1280 800. For JPG files, the resolution must not be greater than 8192 8192, and the image cannot be in progressive and CMYK color format, and it cannot use the JPEG file extension.
