Q:
When using two pens at the same time, I see shooting lines between the two pens. What is wrong?
A:
Try the following solutions:

  • Make sure the number of pen users is set to two users in the Easy Interactive Function menu on the projector's Extended menu.


  • Make sure the interactive software in use supports annotation with two pens at the same time. Contact your software manufacturer for assistance.
