Do the following:

1. Go to Drivers & Support, select your product category, then select your product name.



2. Select Drivers & Downloads.



3. Download and install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package - Network software for your product.

Note: This FAQ applies to the following products: Artisan 700, Artisan 710, Artisan 800, Artisan 810, WorkForce 40, WorkForce 600, WorkForce 610, WorkForce 615, Stylus NX510, Stylus NX515.
