What should I do if I'm having problems installing the software? |

See the suggestions below for your connection type.
USB Make sure you followed the software installation instructions on the Start Here sheet. If the installation fails, make sure the printer is turned on and the USB cable is securely connected at both ends. If you're still having problems, disconnect the USB cable and uninstall the printer software, then reinstall the software. Before reinstalling the software, check for the following:
