Q:
The remote control doesn't work as a wireless mouse. What should I do?
A:
Try the following solutions:

  • Make sure your computer is configured to work with a USB mouse.


  • Make sure a USB cable is connected from your computer to the USB TypeB port on the projector.


  • Make sure the source is set to Computer or USB Display. Press the Computer button on the remote control to set computer as the source.
Note: The wireless mouse function is supported on Windows and Mac OS X systems with a USB port.
