Q:
I purchased 200-I ink cartridges from a third party and they don't work with my printer. What should I do?
A:
The 200-I ink cartridges are used only for the initial printer set up and installation. If you have already used 200-I cartridges in your printer, you will not be able to use another set of 200-I cartridges. You can use the following replacement cartridges:

Ink color
Part number
Standard-capacity
High-capacity
 Black 200 200XL
 Magenta 200 200XL
 Yellow 200 200XL
 Cyan 200 200XL
