Q:
Why can't I use the original 273-I cartridges with my exchange unit?
A:
The 273-I ink cartridges are used only for the initial printer set up and installation. If you have already used your cartridges to set up your original printer, you will not be able to use them again to set up the exchange unit. Please use the ink cartridges shipped with your exchange unit.
