Q:
How do I create a header for my faxes?
A:
Do the following:
Entering Fax Header Information
Before faxing, add your sender name and fax number to the fax header to identify the source of the faxes you send.
Press the
home button, if necessary.
Press the left or right arrow button and then select
Setup
.
Scroll down and then select
Fax Settings
.
Select
Communication
.
Scroll down and then select
Header
.
Select
Fax Header
.
Use the numeric keypad to enter the sender name for your fax source, such as your name or a business name. You can enter up to 40 characters.
Select
Done
. You return to the Header screen.
Select
Your Phone Number
.
Use the numeric keypad to enter your fax number, up to 20 characters. For international numbers that require use of a + symbol, press the # key.
Note:
When entering a phone number, the * key does not work.
Select
Done
. You return to the Header screen.
