What should I do if my product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scan bed when I
use the reprint/restore function on the control panel?
Try the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When
cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass.
Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scan bed correctly.
- Make sure the photos are no larger than 5 x 7 inches for one photo or 4 x 6 inches
for two photos.
- When copying two photos (up to 4 x 6 inches), place them 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart as
shown on the LCD screen.
