Should I use the Keystone function to adjust the projected image during the installation of the projector?

Do not make adjustments with the Keystone function of the projector while installing the projector. Doing so may result in a reduction in image quality. Instead use the adjustment dials on the setting plate (wall mount) to adjust keystoning. See Adjusting the Image.
