Smart Music interactive software will not load when the Easy Interactive Driver is installed. What is wrong?
A:
Epson recommends uninstalling the Virtual Tablet PC driver in Windows 7 or Vista.

Do the following:
  • Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features (In Classic view, select Programs and then click Uninstall a program.) > EPSON Interactive Virtual Tablet Driver > Uninstall/Change
