Q:
I am having trouble calibrating my system. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:

  • If the flashing circles don't appear, make sure the VGA cable and USB cable are securely connected to the computer. Try restarting the Easy Interactive Driver.


  • If the circles don't stop flashing and turn black (or they stop flashing and turn black automatically), dim or turn off any bright lights near the projection surface.


  • If you need to restart the calibration process, press the Esc key on your computer keyboard.
