I recently upgraded to Mac OS X 10.8 and now I am unable to scan from my product's control panel. What should I do?
You'll need to download and install the Event Manager Utility from the Drivers & Download page for your product.

Do the following:

  1. Go to Epson's main support page, then select your product.
  2. Select Drivers & Downloads. Make sure your Operating System is selected.
  3. Select Utilities, then Event Manager Utility.
  4. Click Download and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
