Why can't I start EPSON Scan?
A:
Make sure the scanner's READY light is on. Check to make sure your cable is securely connected to both the scanner and computer. Try a different cable. Be sure to use an Epson USB cable. For Macintosh, use System Profiler to verify that the computer sees the scanner. For Windows 98, check the Utility tab on the Perfection 3200 Properties window.

If you have an older EPSON Scanner and have a previous version of EPSON Scan installed, uninstall the older version (Windows) or (Macintosh) and reinstall the EPSON Scan driver.
