Why is the Perfection 3200 plug-in not available in PhotoShop using Mac OS X 10.1.3 and higher?
A:
EPSON Scan is required to be installed after PhotoShop Elements and PhotoShop 7 is installed. During the installation of EPSON Scan it will place the plug-in into the already installed PhotoShop applications.
