I can print wirelessly to my product on my home network, but I can't print when I connect the same computer to a VPN (virtual private network). What's wrong?
Your product is set up to communicate wirelessly with your home network. When you connect to a VPN, your computer is no longer communicating with your home network, so it cannot print to the product. You'll need to connect to your home network to print again with your home network.

Note: If you set up your product with Epson Connect, you can use Epson Remote Print to print when you're connected to a VPN, the driver will print remotely over the internet. To download the Epson Remote Print driver, see the Drivers & Downloads page for your product.
