Q:
The software for my product is missing after I updated to Windows 8. What should I do?
A:
The Windows 8 update process will remove your product's software, and you'll need to install it again. Do the following to install the software:
  1. Go to the Drivers & Downloads page.
  2. Select Drivers and Utilities Combo Package, then select Download Now.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
