What should I do if my product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scan bed when I use the Copy/Restore Photos option on the touch panel? |

Try the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass
is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass,
spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass
cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are
placed on the scan bed correctly.
- If
you place multiple originals on the scanner glass, make sure they are at least
0.2 inch (5 mm) away from each other.
