What should I do if my product doesn't detect my photos placed on the scan bed when I use the Copy/Restore Photos option on the touch panel?
Try the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass
is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass,
spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass
cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are
placed on the scan bed correctly.
you place multiple originals on the scanner glass, make sure they are at least
0.2 inch (5 mm) away from each other.
