Q:
I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Press the button, if necessary.
  2. Press the left or right arrow button and then select Setup.
  3. Scroll down and then select Restore Default Settings.
  4. Press the up or down button to select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings.
  5. You see a confirmation screen.
  6. Press the up or down button to select Yes. (Select No if you want to cancel the operation.)
