Q:
How can I obtain the latest printer software?
A:
The following options are available:
  • You can use Epson Download Navigator (which is installed the first time you install the printer driver) to notify you when new updates are available for download. Download Navigator analyzes the Epson software (drivers, utilities, firmware, etc...) already installed on your computer and notifies you if new updates are available for download.
  • If you're using a Mac, you can update the driver selecting Software Update in the menu.
  • If you've already installed a Windows printer driver, you can update the driver by selecting Driver Update on the Maintenance tab in the printer driver settings window.
  • You can download the software from the Drivers & Downloads page for your product.
