Q:
I'm unable to scan from my product's control panel with Mac OS X 10.6 or later. What should I do?
A:
You'll need to download and install the Event Manager Utility from the Drivers & Download page for your product.

Do the following:

  1. Go to the Drivers & Downloads page for your product. Make sure your Operating System is selected.

  2. Select Utilities, then Event Manager Utility.

  3. Click Download and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
