Q:
I am unable to receive faxes on my product after changing the number of rings to answer, Fax Speed, and DRD settings. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Press the up or down button to select Restore Default Settings and press the OK button. You see this screen:

  3. Press the up or down button to select Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings and press the OK button.
  4. You see a confirmation screen.
  5. Press the up or down button to select Yes or No, then press the OK button to reset the selected settings. (Select No and press the OK button if you want to cancel the operation.)
