Epson WorkForce DS-7500 Document Scanner

By registering a specific scanning operation to the scan button, you can perform that operation by simply pressing the scan button.

Follow these steps:

In Document Capture Pro (Windows)

1. Start Document Capture Pro (for Windows).



2. Click Settings from the toolbar at the top of the window.



3. Click Add in the Job Management window.



4. Adjust settings for Job Name, Scan, Output, and Destination in the Job Settings window, and then click OK.



5. Click Event Settings in the Job Management window.



6. Click the arrow in the list next to the action name, then select the action you want to assign. Click Close.



7. Click OK in the Job List window.

In EPSON Event Manager (Mac OS X)

In Mac OS X, a series of registered operations is known as an Action or a Job.

1. Start EPSON Event Manager.



2. In the window displayed, select the scanner you want to use.



3. Click the arrow in the list next to the action name, then select the action you want to assign. Click Close.


Note:
• Frequently used actions are registered in advance in EPSON Event Manager.


• You can also customize the action by clicking Make Job Settings.
