Q:
I am unable to scan using the ADF. What should I do?
A:
Try the following:
  • If the document cover or the ADF cover is open, close it and try scanning again.


  • Make sure you have selected either Office Mode or Professional Mode in EPSON Scan.


  • Make sure the ADF cable is attached securely on the back of the scanner.


  • Make sure you have selected the ADF as the Document Source.
