I am unable to scan using the ADF. What should I do? |

Try the following:
- If the document cover or the ADF cover is open, close it and try scanning again.
- Make sure you have selected either Office Mode or Professional Mode in EPSON Scan.
- Make sure the ADF cable is attached securely on the back of the scanner.
- Make sure you have selected the ADF as the Document Source.
