A line or line of dots always appears in my scanned images. What should I do? |

Check the following:
- Clean the glass surface inside the scanner. See Cleaning Inside the Scanner. If this does not solve the problem, the glass surface may be scratched. Contact Epson for assistance.
- If you are scanning a plastic card, a line may appear if the card has a shiny surface.
- Make sure you are using the USB cable included with the product.
