Q:
The paper has jammed in my scanner, but the paper feed rollers are turning and there is no error message. What should I do?

A:
Try the following:

  • Pull the cover open lever up to open the front of scanner, remove any jammed paper.


  • Download and install the latest driver from the Drivers & Downloads page.


  • Try scanning again.
