Note: Most applications have a Save As or Export To option that will allow you to save your documents and images as JPG or PDF file types.

If you are using Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word, you can select File, then Save As or Export To. You can then choose PDF or JPG (depending on the application and supported file types) as the Save as type.
