Why does my displayed image appear jittery or shaky when I connect a DVD player or VCR to the projector's Video or S-Video port?

Be sure the Progressive setting is set to On in the Signal menu. If the DVD player has a component video port, you can use a component-to-VGA video cable to connect your DVD player to the projector's computer port. You can purchase a component-to-VGA video cable (part number ELPKC19) from the Epson Store.
