How do I update my Windows 8 system through Windows Update?
A:
Do the following:

  1. While holding the Windows Key on your keyboard, press the W key.

  2. Type edition in the search box and press the Enter key on your key board, or click Show which operating system your computer is running.

  3. Your Windows 8 edition will be displayed in the System type section of the System window.

  4. Click Windows Update to update your Windows 8 system.
